Puppy Day One is an educational planning tool, not veterinary care. It does not diagnose illness or replace advice from a licensed veterinarian or qualified trainer who can evaluate your individual animal.
What the product provides
Puppy Day One provides personalized educational guidance, checklists, reminders and planning tools based on information you provide. Content may be generated or assisted by AI and should be reviewed using common sense and appropriate professional advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for supervising your puppy, choosing safe activities and equipment, following applicable laws, and seeking professional veterinary care when needed. For vaccines, medications, feeding amounts, symptoms, emergencies, parasite prevention and disease-risk questions, consult a licensed veterinarian.
Account access
You are responsible for using an email address you control and for protecting access links sent to that email. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with operation of the product.
Purchases
Prices are shown before purchase. Transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its platform. Taxes or other transaction details may be handled by the payment provider.
Refunds
Our refund approach is described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not limited by these Terms.
Intellectual property
Puppy Day One's software, branding, original layouts and product content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased plan for your household. You may print or save your own plan for personal use.
No guaranteed outcomes
Every puppy is different. We do not guarantee particular training, behavioral, health or developmental outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Puppy Day One is provided on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of educational content. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
